Roselli Wootz UHC Big fish RW255 is made from Roselli's durable Roselli Wootz UHC steel and it is an excellent fillet knife for the kitchen. It is primarily designed to cut bread, meat and vegetables as well as fillet a larger fish. The handle of the Big fish is made from heat treated birch and coated with linseed oil to ensure a firm grip even when wet. The knife comes with a handcrafted sheath made from tanned leather.
