These stamped knives are lightweight thanks to the special manufacturing process so they are handy and practical. The comfortable handle with three rivets also has a ZWILLING logo. The 2 piece knife set consists of a paring knife for peeling and cutting, and a Santoku knife, which is mainly used in Asian cuisine. Both knives from the knife set have stainless steel blades enhanced by ice-hardening. This special treatment makes the blade corrosion-resistant, and flexible, with excellent cutting properties. The ZWILLING special formula steel is particularly high-quality. The secret lies in the right mixture of chromium and carbon.
