Ikeuchi Hamono es una forja familiar ubicada en la ciudad de Miki, prefectura de Hyogo, Japón, fundada en 1953. Se especializa en la fabricación de cuchillos mediante técnicas tradicionales de forja, incluyendo cuchillos de cocina, de jardín y cuchillos especiales (como el kiridashi). La mayoría de los cuchillos se fabrican con aceros de alto carbono Shirogami y Aogami. Actualmente, está dirigida por la cuarta generación de la familia Ikeuchi.
