Fondata a Guangzhou nei primi anni 2010, l'azienda ha puntato fin dall'inizio su tecnologie di alta precisione, materiali di qualità e sulla collaborazione con designer indipendenti. Grazie a questo, Kizer è diventata un degno concorrente dei marchi occidentali. Kizer è uno dei pochi marchi cinesi a utilizzare cuscinetti a sfera nell'unità assiale in quasi tutti i modelli, garantendo un'apertura fluida e veloce. L'azienda punta inoltre su ergonomia e bilanciamento, e l'assemblaggio dei coltelli è pressoché impeccabile anche nei modelli più economici.

Kizer produce coltelli pieghevoli, fissi e multiuso, ma le seguenti serie sono le più famose: Sheepdog - progettato da Chris Conaway. Lama compatta in acciaio 154CM; Gemini - impugnatura in titanio e lama in CPM-S35VN, finalista del premio KnifeNews; KI423 - modello con impugnatura in titanio e lama in S35VN.
