The 0452CF is the same size as the original 0454, but with a carbon fiber front scale and S35VN dual-finished blade. S35VN sharpens to a razor edge, holds it, and can be resharpened easily. Zero Tolerance 0230 folder, where a minimalist design meets maximum performance. Designerd by danish designer Jens Anso. The 0230 is ZT's first slipjoint knife, so they had to add some extra touches to this non-locking pocketknife based on Jen's custom Monte Carlo design.
The 0230 features a double detent system—to keep the blade safely closed for carrying, plus a second detent at the half-open position to ensure a controlled open and close. The 2.60" (6.6 cm) blade is CPM-20CV for exceptional wear resistance and a long-lasting edge. The highest level of chromium of any high-vanadium steel gives it excellent corrosion resistance as well. The sheepsfoot blade shape, with a full-width flat grind, provides excellent slicing capabilities and the downturned tip is ideal for utility work and precise, controlled cuts. You'll also notice that there's no logo on the side of the blade. To maintain the knife's clean look, ZT put their logo on the spine instead.

By day, the contoured, carbon fiber overlay gives the 0393GLCF a touch of style. But by night, the 0393CF reveals another side of its character. But some knife users have been asking for a little more—a little more size, a little more handle curve, a little more carbon fiber, a little more Sinkevich. ZT's answer? The new 0460. In size, it’s slightly larger than the 0450, but not as large as the 0452CF. The blade steel is CPM S35VN for enhanced toughness and resistance to edge chipping with no loss of wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For sharp looks, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewashed on the flats and satin on the grinds. Based on Dmitry’s Polychotky Jr., the 0460’s carbon-fiber-and-titanium handle has a pronounced ergonomic curve to fit into the hollow of the hand neatly. The front scale is bronze carbon fiber. This relatively recently developed composite material offers the benefits of carbon fiber, but with the ability to colorize the material as well—in the case of the 0460, the color is an attractive bronze. We partially 3D machined the front handle for dimensionality and grip as well. The handle back is titanium with a titanium frame lock and hardened steel lockbar insert. A matte black anodized aluminum backspacer adds a handsome decorative touch. The black Teflon®-coated pocketclip lets you carry the ZT comfortably every day.
