Il Böker Applegate-Fairbairn è una serie di coltelli a lama fissa basata su un coltello da combattimento storico sviluppato dal Colonnello Rex Applegate e da William Fairbairn durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. L'Applegate-Fairbairn è stato creato come versione migliorata del famoso pugnale Fairbairn-Sykes, tenendo conto dell'esperienza di combattimento reale e delle carenze del modello originale. La serie Böker Applegate-Fairbairn comprende un classico coltello tattico, un coltello da stivale e varianti con diversi materiali e finiture per le guancette.

Il coltello Böker Annual Damascus è una serie da collezione prodotta dal 1980. Ogni anno viene creato un nuovo modello con un design unico, in acciaio Damasco e in edizione limitata.
