Mit diesem Messer kann man fast alle in der Küche anfallenden Schneidarbeiten verrichten. Das Messer ist durch die begrenzte Länge von ca. 17cm sehr kompakt und handlich. Zusätzlich bietet die breite Klinge eine sehr gute Handhabung! Die Klinge dieses Messers wird aus einem sogenannten 3-Lagen Stahl hergestellt. Als mittlere Lage wird der bewährte VG-10 (HRC 60 +/-1) Stahl eingesetzt. Ein kohlenstoffhaltiger Stahl, der der Schneide eine besonders lange Schnitthaltigkeit beschert.
