The Spice Bomb enables easy seasoning and allows spices to be added individually. Simply remove the silicone from the stainless steel filter, fill it with your desired spices, re-attach and hang in the sauce or soup. The flexible silicone arm attaches to the rim of the pot, so Spice Bomb can easily and safely be pulled out again. Whole herbs and spices, like star anise and cardamom pods or sprigs of rosemary and thyme, add great depth of flavour to a dish. But when it comes to serving, those tasty flavours can become a bitter mouthful if caught by an unsuspecting victim. But how to infuse without burning fingers by picking out sticks and stalks? With a Spice Bomb of course. Also ideally suited to brew big leave tea or hot wine punch.
