Ontario Knife Company (OKC) est l’un des plus anciens fabricants de couteaux aux États-Unis. Fondée en 1889 à Naples, New York, la société tire son nom du comté d'Ontario. Au début du 20e siècle, la production a été déplacée à Franklinville, où OKC est restée pendant plus de 100 ans.

Ontario Knife Company a acquis une popularité particulière grâce à sa gamme de couteaux à lame fixe, dont beaucoup ont été développés pour les forces militaires et de sécurité.
