Columbia River Knife & Tool® and noted knife designer Ken Onion are proud to introduce their first collaboration together, the Ripple™ K405 folding knife series. This knife is noteworthy for its exceptional manufacturing quality, premium stainless steel build, plus an almost unbelievable silky smooth and fast opening action thanks to the use of the IKBS internal knife ball-bearing system. The modified drop point blade has a high hollow grind, swedged top edge, and a high satin finish. Steel is premium Acuto, stainless, noted for its high chromium and molybdenum content and hardness of 59-60 HRC. It is instantly opened by pressing the blade flipper with either hand. For safety while closed, the blade has a ball detent. Even the best conventional blade pivot bearings have some degree of friction which resists initial movement, or "stiction." In contrast, the Ripple blade opening action is almost friction-free due to the IKBS ball-bearing system. This innovative and simple design places eight uncaged ball bearings on each side of the blade pivot in races which are machined into the stainless steel handle. It is compact and adjustable at the blade pivot screw if ever needed. Not only is opening and closing exceptionally smooth, the IKBS system is durable and requires little maintenance, and yields a folder with great rigidity and no blade play. The Ripple K405BX models are frame lock open build knives with stainless steel frames. In typical Ken Onion attention to detail, the frame lock does not create an unsightly gap in the right frame, but its cut is neatly integrated into the grip design of the frame, which is CNC machined with a complex "ripple" textured pattern plus 44 small lightening holes. The Ripple™ K405KXP and S receive a black titanium nitride coating, which we then hand buff to give a pocket worn look, that is to lightly reveal the underlying stainless steel on the high points. The Ripple™ K405KXP has a Razor-Sharp cutting edge, while the K405KXS features a combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point™ serrated cutting edge. Both models feature a removable stainless steel mirror-polished pocket clip, high-mounted, and also with small CNC-drilled holes. This knife combines brilliant design, custom knife quality, and advanced manufacturing technology in true Ken Onion fashion.

Marttiini New Handy knife with 75 mm blade. This knife has been one of the legendary Marttiini models for decades. In the 1970s almost every household in Finland had the Handy knife. Probably a milestone among multipurpose knives. Employed on a large scale in Afghanistan as standard equipment by the members of the Italian mission "Nibbio", it is part of an experimental project undertaken by the Alpine Troops Headquarters on the renewal of individual equipment. During the preparation for this mission, the Alpine Troops Headquarters coordinated a team of companies in the realization of a new and complete experimental kit of individual equipment. Extrema Ratio is the company that the Alpine Troops Headquarters chose for the development of a multipurpose knife suitable for the infantry, a knife that could be used in any action and that could successfully solve any type of problem even where more specialized equipment proved inadequate.It was so successful that the multipurpose knife then led to the development of the Fulcrum Bayonet, which had the same characteristics but could be fixed to the issued rifle. The Fulcrum is an extremely robust and versatile knife, the blade can take loads over 150kg without breaking, the point is incredibly robust and the "tanto" profile means the knife can be used for long periods without affecting the sharpness of the last section, this guarantees, together with the partially sharp dorsal blade, (the civilian version does not include this), its capacity for penetration which is necessary in close combat against targets with heavy clothing, garnments and soft ballistic protection. The forward centre of gravity and the weight of the blade make it suitable for heavy field work. The new automatic hard sheath means it can be carried both safely and comfortably and the lace that holds the upper part of the handle dramatically reduces the risk of entanglement, even when making parachute jumps. The speed and facility with which both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance can be carried out help to make Fulcrum an excellent choice for use on a large scale from an economic and administrative point of view.

DICOK - Diving Compact Knife This diving knife has been designed together with experts in diving sector. It has got a suitable size to be easily used in water environment. This is to offer a working tool and an essential part of underwater equipment. The blade is made out of stainless steel with chemical burnishing process which makes it highly resistant to corrosion.
