Paaso Puukot è un'azienda finlandese a conduzione familiare fondata nel 1952 da Taumo Paaso in Lapponia. L'azienda produce coltelli tradizionali finlandesi, souvenir e gioielli. Dal 2008, ha mantenuto il nome Paaso-Puukot ed è guidata dal figlio di Taumo, Karri.

La maggior parte dei coltelli è realizzata in acciaio ad alto tenore di carbonio. I manici dei coltelli Paaso Puukot sono realizzati con materiali naturali: betulla finlandese e corno di renna. Tutti i coltelli sono dotati di foderi in pelle realizzati a mano.
