Paaso Puukot fabrique des couteaux et des bijoux traditionnels lapons en bois de renne. En 2008, Kari Paaso, le fils de Tauno, est devenu le dirigeant de l'entreprise. Aujourd'hui, il poursuit l'entreprise familiale.
