Deejo ist entstanden weil wir einer alten Tradition neue Eleganz verleihen wollen: Ein Taschenmesser für alle kleinen und großen Alltagsaufgaben immer bei sich zu haben. Wir wollten ein Messer erschaffen, das schnörkellos, ultraleicht und von hervorragendem Design ist. All das, ohne Kompromisse bei Größe und Qualität zu machen. Das Wichtigste behalten wir immer im Auge: Den perfekten Schnitt. Im Jahr 2010 hat Stéphane Lebeau ein ultraleichtes Taschenmesser designt, dessen Gewicht mit dem eines Briefes vergleichbar ist. Warum? Weil man es so gerne jeden Tag in seine Hosen- oder Anzugtasche steckt und nicht das Gefühl hat einen Stein mit sich herumzuschleppen. Deejo Messer sind nach ihrem Gewicht benannt. Das geringe Gewicht wird durch die Konstruktion und nicht etwa durch eine geringere Größe oder spezielle Materialien erreicht.
