Kershaw Messer

The Kershaw Parsec offers a futuristic EDC design and a solid, high-performance build that is light-years beyond the competition. This Parsec model has a brown stonewashed PVD blade and a matching brown PVD handle. A low profile flipper opens the blade smoothly on a KVT ball-bearing pivot. Matte blue finished spacers and pivot add a distinctive finishing touch to the design.

Bei der Konzeption vom Select Fire Multitool wurde der Fokus auf seine Funktion als Messer gelegt. Vom Aufbau her bildet die Messerklinge - die sich manuell aufklappen lässt - das zentrale Element. Und diese Klinge leistet einfach gute Arbeit. Da sie aus 8Cr13MoV-Edelstahl gefertigt ist, ist sie robust und weist eine hohe Schnitthaltigkeit auf. Außerdem wurde sie glasperlengestrahlt - dadurch legt sie eine matte, weniger schmutzanfällige Oberfläche an den Tag. Das von Grant & Gavin Hawk entworfene Select Fire ist aber auch ein praktisches Multitool. Zur Ausstattung gehört ein 4er Satz Schraubendrehereinsätze (Bits) inkl. eines ausklappbaren Bithalters. Untergebracht sind die Einsätze (zwei Schlitz- und zwei Kreuzschraubendreher-Bits) in zwei kleinen, im Griff integrierten Magazinen, die ausschwenkbar sind und mühelos wieder einrasten, nachdem Du den passenden Bit herausgenommen hast.

The Kershaw Leek is one of the sleekest assisted opening knives around. This model features a gray Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel blade and gray aluminum stainless steel frame lock handle. The Leek features Kershaw's patented SpeedSafe technology. Give the ambidextrous thumb stud a push and the knife takes over opening the blade the rest of the way. This is an ideal one-handed opener. The Rhetoric from Kershaw Knives is a compact utility flipper that will convince you to carry a knife every day. The sub-three-inch blade is deployed almost effortlessly with Kershaw's patented SpeedSafe assist mechanism. It has an excellent thumb ramp that is jimped for excellent traction and really allows you the bear down hard on this knife. The black glass-filled nylon handles are lightweight and textured to provide a solid grip while its slim form factor and reversible clip make it easy to carry. The flipper tab doubles as a finger guard when the blade is deployed and it's held securely in place by an easily manipulated liner lock. For the money, the Rhetoric is a simple choice that's hard to beat.

Wie die anderen Taschenmesser dieser Reihe wurde das Filter nach einem Fahrzeugteil benannt und kombiniert bearbeitete Optik mit einwandfreier Funktionalität. Durch das Ganzstahl-Design kommt das BlackWash-Finish auf Klinge und Griff ganz besonders zur Geltung. Zwar verleiht BlackWash dem Klappmesser eine einzigartige abgenutzte Optik, aber es geht bei diesem Finish nicht nur um das Äußere. Diese Beschichtung bietet zusätzlichen Schutz für das Metall und hilft dabei, mögliche Gebrauchsspuren wie z.B. Kratzer zu kaschieren. Mit dem SpeedSafe Öffnungsmechanismus lässt sich die Klinge dieses Klappmessers schnell und leichtgängig ausfahren.

Das Aftereffect ist ein kleines, leichtes Messer, das in der Tasche und auch am Schlüsselbund getragen werden kann. Es hat ein auffälliges, blaues Lanyard-Loch am Griffende. Die Klinge mit einer Länge von 4,4 cm besteht aus gutem 8Cr13MoV Stahl, der rostfrei und gut nachzuschärfen ist. Mit dem beidseitig angebrachten Daumenpin kann das Aftereffect einhändig geöffnet werden, und die Klingensicherung erfolgt dann mit einem starken Liner-Lock. Auch ein Clip gehört zur Ausstattung. Das Design stammt unverkennbar von Jens Anso.

Kershaw Lucha is a high-quality butterfly knife that’s made in the USA. Next level materials include a 14C28N stainless steel blade and an all-steel handle. Next-level performance comes from Kershaw’s meticulous design. For instance, the blade tapers so that the top has more weight to pendulum around smoothly. Emerson CQC-5K folder is collaboration between Kershaw Knives and Emerson Knives, which combines the precision engineering of Kershaw with Emerson's uncompromising functional design.
The CQC-5K features a modified clip-point blade for versatile cutting capability. Black-oxide coating protects the blade and makes it non-reflective, too. G-10 handles in olive drab provide secure grip and a locking liner means safe and solid blade lock up.
The CQC-5K is a manual opener using either the thumb disk or the patented Emerson "wave shaped feature." This opening feature enables the knife to be opened as it is removed from the pocket. By the time the knife has been fully withdrawn from the pocket, the blade is deployed and ready for use. A small wave-shaped tab on the top of the blade is built to catch on the pocket seam, opening the knife as it comes out of the pocket. This instant-open feature is a favorite among military, rescue, and law enforcement knife users.

Kershaw Natrix Red EDC folder is based on Kershaw's brother brand Zero Tolerance’s 0770, which itself was inspired by the award-winning ZT0777. Like other Natrixes, this one features a drop point blade that offers solid performance. Die Camp 12 von Kershaw ist eine stabile Machete nach südostasiatischem Vorbild, die sowohl für den tropischen Regenwald als auch für den heimischen Garten geeignet ist. Die eindrucksvolle Klinge wird aus strapazierfähigem 65Mn Kohlenstoffstahl gefertigt und ist mit einer schwarzen Oxid-Beschichtung versehen, der den Stahl vor Korrosion schützt. Der Griff besteht aus rutschfestem FRN und ist mit einer großzügig dimensionierten Fangriemenöse versehen. Das Camp 12 wird mit einer Schneidschutzschiene aus Kunststoff geliefert.
