Kershaw

Kershaw es una de las marcas más famosas de navajas, fundada en 1974 por Pete Kershaw en Oregón, EE. UU. Pete trabajó anteriormente en Gerber y decidió crear su propia línea de navajas. En 1978, la marca pasó a formar parte del grupo japonés KAI Group. Hoy en día, Kershaw produce navajas tanto en EE. UU. (Oregón) como en Japón. La marca es conocida por sus nuevas tecnologías. Así, en colaboración con el maestro Ken Onion, la compañía introdujo el mecanismo SpeedSafe, un sistema de apertura asistida de la hoja. Posteriormente, la marca introdujo la tecnología de fabricación de hojas compuestas a partir de dos tipos de acero.
