El cuchillo Petty con una longitud de hoja de 15 cm está fabricado a mano por Mutsumi Hinoura. Ideal para cortar verduras y carnes demasiado pequeñas para un cuchillo de chef. La hoja de este pequeño cuchillo está hecha de acero revestido de hierro Shirogami #2. El mango ergonómico está fabricado en roble. No cortar alimentos congelados o huesos.Lava tu cuchillo con agua templada y una esponja suave. Si es necesario utiliza detergente neutro. Seca completamente el cuchillo con un paño suave. Nunca lo laves en el lavavajillas. Mantén afilado tu cuchillo utilizando piedras de afilar de alta calidad y con el grit adecuado. Peso 155 gramos.
