Roselli's Astrid series' UHC General knife is light and durable thanks to the UHC steel. The blade is slightly thinner than the one on UHC Chef's knife, but almost as long and is suitable for cutting work and filleting. All the Astrid series' knives should be washed individually and dried carefully, avoiding the use of washing machines. The handle of the knife is made from heat treated birch, coated with linseed oil to ensure a firm grip even while wet. General knife comes with a birch knife rack coated with linseed oil. This gift edition also includes a sharpening tool.

Los cuchillos Roselli están diseñados por Heimo Roselli, quien comenzó a hacer cuchillos en 1976 e investigó técnicas antiguas de herrería para redescubrir las técnicas para hacer acero de alto carbono.
