Thanks to its function and above all outstanding appearance, it deserves pride of place in the kitchen. The PIU ribbon grater has razor-sharp blades and a large grating surface. The 2-way guide leads the food over the blades so it is grated with both a forward and backward motion, resulting in you ending up with much more. As a result the PIU (Italian for “more”) really lives up to its name. PIU has an S-shaped design, giving it a very elegant and light look. This also makes it easier to grip.
