Paaso Puukot est un atelier familial finlandais fondé en 1952 par Taumo Paaso en Laponie. L'entreprise produit des couteaux, des souvenirs et des bijoux traditionnels finlandais. Depuis 2008, elle porte le nom de Paaso-Puukot et est dirigée par Karri, le fils de Taumo.

La plupart des couteaux sont fabriqués en acier à haute teneur en carbone. Les manches des couteaux Paaso Puukot sont fabriqués à partir de matériaux naturels : bouleau finlandais et bois de renne. Tous les couteaux sont livrés avec un étui en cuir fait main.

La gamme Paaso Puukot comprend des couteaux traditionnels « puukko » et « leuku », des modèles de chasse et des couteaux confortables pour un usage quotidien.
