Ontario Knife Company (OKC) è nota non solo per i suoi coltelli tattici militari, ma anche per i suoi modelli pieghevoli di alta qualità. Questi coltelli si sono dimostrati strumenti EDC affidabili, grazie al loro design semplice e resistente e al prezzo ragionevole.

La serie RAT (Randall's Adventure & Training) è diventata un'icona: i modelli RAT-1 e RAT-2, realizzati in acciaio inossidabile AUS-8 o D2 resistente all'usura. Il RAT-1 è un coltello universale full-size, mentre il RAT-2 è la sua versione compatta. Le serie Utilitac II e Navigator non sono meno interessanti. L'Utilitac è un coltello tattico chiudibile con una grande moneta. La serie Navigator è un coltello chiudibile leggero con lockback. Degno di nota è anche il modello Dozier Arrow, creato secondo il design del famoso coltellinaio Bob Dozier. Questo coltello chiudibile presenta un profilo sottile e un'ergonomia ben studiata. Nella linea più moderna dei coltelli chiudibili Ontario, vale la pena notare la serie XR, creata con particolare attenzione all'uso tattico.
