We are forced to temporarily close the Priority delivery method by Finnish Post for the UK due to significant delays in transit. The delays are due to the fact that passenger flights to the UK are closed because of new stamm of the Corona virus. Alternatively, we offer UPS shipping with prices already including a discount. UPS delivers packages to the UK in 7-10 business days. Priority delivery will be available to UK customers after air connection with this country will be officially resumed.

The United Kingdom has left the EU on January 1, 2021. Our systems are ready and working according to this. Since January 1 items selling to UK are not obligated with VAT and delivering with VAT 0%. Same time items must be cleared through customs. So all parcels sending to UK will include necessery customs info (declarion with info about goods and it's value and commercial invoice). Customer is responsible for possible taxes in UK. 

Dear customers! Now for your convenience, all prices are shown immediately with the VAT of the choosen country. If in your country, for ex. VAT 21% - it is included to price. For non-EU countries, prices are shown without VAT (VAT 0%). In shopping cart only delivery costs may be added - if order's amount is less than 100 euros or if you choose a special delivery option like UPS.

Dear customers! Please, pay attention that till 11.01 the biggest part of manufactures has Christmas and New year holidays, and after that annual stocktaking. Due to these circumstances manufactures will resume delivery of goods to dealers 11.01. So all Pre-order items (from Böker and Zwilling J.A.Hencels, incl. Staub and Miyabi) will be delivered from manufactures to us after 11.01. Please, pay attention on this making order for Pre-order items.

Currently we offer UPS delivery: - as the only shipping method to countries that are temporarily unable to deliver by EMS due to the pandemic (because of the lack of regular air transport connection). - as an alternative fast delivery method to another counties. UPS delivery is paying for all countries. The delivery cost is calculated in the shopping cart depending on the weight of the selected products.
