This impressive Böker Trapper Uno Curly Maple O1 110297 escapes the gravity of conventional Pocketknives and takes knife lovers into its very own orbit. The design of the Slipjoint Knife is primarily characterized by the saber-bent blade made of O1, which is provided with a meteoric-looking Black Stonewash finish, as well as the radiant blue handle scales made of curly maple, which are reminiscent of the view of the earth from outer space. Adding sparkle are the nickel silver handle rivets that echo the glowing celestial bodies. The Pocketknife opens by nail hammer and does not lock. With felt pouch. Handmade in the Böker Manufactory Solingen.

The extraordinary Boker M4 Sherman-Damascus folder is a piece of living history and combines high-quality craftsmanship with historical materials. The American M4 Sherman was already designed in 1940 and is still considered one of the most famous tanks in history. It was produced between 1942 and 1945, was in service until 1957 and was used on all battlefields of the Second World War.
The Boker Sherman-Damascus is equipped with a unique damascus blade, forged from different materials from the production of M4 Sherman tanks, which were previously restored by the museum. The unique damascus is forged by hand for us by Chad Nichols in the Customized Ladder pattern and is reminiscent of the tank tracks left in the ground by the heavy chains of the M4 Sherman. The ball bearing blade is opened by thumb stud and locked by a solid steel frame lock, a Hinderer Lock-Stop acts as overstretch protection for the lock.
The overall shape of the knife is a tribute to the aesthetic lines of the armour, while the decorative blade axle screw is modelled on the characteristic main drive sprocket. The slightly contoured burlap micarta handle fits comfortably in the hand and the colour is reminiscent of the camouflage paint used by both the U.S. Army and the Marine Corps. With lanyard hole and practical deep carry clip (tip-up/r). Handmade in the Boker knife manufactory in Solingen. Delivery with noble floating display, certificate of authenticity and individual serial number. Weight 107 g.

Created in cooperation with the young knifemaker Alex Kremer and Daily Customs, the Böker AK1 Damascus 122509DAM is a versatile small everyday knife which is not only completely convincing as an EDC but already enjoys cult status. The great success of the models with RWL-34 blade steel prompted to design a high-end version. The new material Fat Carbon Space-Coral Silver sets a completely new accent. The cross-section of the pattern is rotated by 90° and the even spacing of the fine lines are arranged in ingeniously ordered chaos.
The blade is made of stainless Damascus by Chad Nichols in the Boomerang pattern. This creates a charming visual interplay between the materials, which also both have the best mechanical properties in their respective functions. The handle scales can be removed effortlessly with the included Torx key, so that the elaborately crafted lanyard hole at the end of the handle can be turned around when the handle scales are removed and optionally disappear into the handle. Supplied with a high-quality black leather sheath, which has a sewn-in Ulticlip and can be conveniently attached to the hem of the pocket thanks to the locking spring clip. This allows the Boker AK1 Damascus to be drawn effortlessly while the sheath is reliably held in place by the Ulticlip. Handmade in the Boker Knife Manufactory in Solingen.

For the Böker Sherman EDC 110665 blade, Magnacut was used for the first time, which is not without reason glorified as “wonder steel”. Unlike the tool steels usually used, this steel was developed specifically for knife making. The three desirable properties of a steel - edge retention, toughness and rust resistance (stainless in the DIN category) - represent a conflict of goals. To make the steel rust-resistant, the addition of chromium is necessary, which makes the structure coarse, brittle and susceptible to fracture under normal conditions. High hardness, which has a positive influence on cutting durability, is usually achieved at the expense of toughness. With Magnacut, despite the high chromium content of 10.7% and an impressive hardenability of over 62HRC, it has been possible to achieve a very fine microstructure and thus high toughness and shock-load tolerance. The addition of nitrogen plays a central role here. Nitrogen is actually a steel pest in the alloy. However, due to sophisticated heat treatment, among other things, the nitrogen of the Magnacut is integrated into the crystalline lattice structure of the steel structure and thus achieves the otherwise contradictory material properties.
The central structural difference to the M4 Damascus model is the flipper, elegantly integrated into the contours, which allows the blade to slide open smoothly with a small impulse and invites you to play. The ball-bearing blade is opened alternatively by thumb stud and locked by a sturdy titanium framelock with stonewash finish. An overdrive stop acts as an over-extension protection for the lock. The milled titanium clip (tip-up/r) with a steel ball as well as the handle scales made of wild carbon fibre complete the harmonious overall picture.
A special highlight of the Boker Sherman EDC is the protruding backspacer made of Damascus, which is equipped with a lanyard hole in elongated slotted design. The Damascus of the backspacer was forged from various materials from the production of M4 Sherman tanks by Chad Nichols in the Customized Ladder pattern and is reminiscent of the tank tracks left in the ground by the heavy chains of the M4 Sherman.
