Wakiita signifie littéralement “à côté de la planche à découper”. Ces couteaux ont des poignées octogonales V-10. Les lames des couteaux de la série Wakiita sont fabriquées en CTS BD1N, un acier inoxydable riche en azote à haute teneur en carbone.
