Coltello da tasca Böker 1969 Z28 Damascus 8cm 111101DAM
Unforgettable moments without everyday life - just like the extraordinary Folding knife Böker 1969 Z28 Damascus 111101DAM. In collaboration with the Italian designer Tommaso Rumici, a unique "muscle knife" was created that combines the distinctive character traits of the Camaro Z28 in form and strength. The elegant Damascus drop-point blade, hand-forged by Chad Nichols with 80 layers in the Tread pattern, reminisces of the sloping cowl induction bonnet of the muscle car. For this purpose, parts of the upper A-arm from the Camaro were used for the blade, that opens smoothly with the blue anodised thumb stud, while the biting stainless steel linerlock reliably locks the knife in place. The aluminium handle in "Le Mans Blue" interprets the lines of the body in a nostalgic way and comes up with exciting details. The notchback, the small rear spoiler and the gill-like air intakes on the rear wings have been beautifully integrated into the knife. The blade axle screw is lovingly inspired by the rims often used on muscle cars, whereas the straight-lined stainless steel clip, milled from the solid, is reminiscent of the chrome-plated door handles. Delivery includes a high-quality floating display, plenty of torque and a gentle breeze in your hair. Handmade in the Boker Manufactory in Solingen.

Coltello Fisso Böker Swiss 21.9cm 121553
New version of Böker Swiss Dagger 121550. The Swiss Dagger was a common weapon of the Swiss pikemen in the 15th and 16th century, which often had a middle position between dagger and sword due to its blade length. The dagger, also known as Baselard, was usually not issued as ordinance weapons, but had to be purchased privately by the soldiers and then served as a secondary weapon. Characteristic of the Swiss Dagger is the design of the pommel and the crossguard. The unusual, curved design can be traced back to the early 13th century and can also be found in the authentic design of our hand-made edition. Handpicked local cherry wood is used for the handles of the dagger, which has enjoyed great popularity since ancient times, especially because of its reddish color. The dagger blade, sharpened and pointed on both sides, already had a diamond-shaped cross-section in historical models, because this construction proved to be extremely stable and effective. It is made of the classic carbon steel C75 and impresses simply because of its length. The logo and the individual serial number guarantee the authenticity of the knife and stand for consistently high production quality. With elaborate metal sheath. Handmade in the Boker Knife Manufactory Solingen.

Coltello da tasca Böker M4 Sherman-Damascus 7.7cm 110662DAM
The extraordinary Boker M4 Sherman-Damascus folder is a piece of living history and combines high-quality craftsmanship with historical materials. The American M4 Sherman was already designed in 1940 and is still considered one of the most famous tanks in history. It was produced between 1942 and 1945, was in service until 1957 and was used on all battlefields of the Second World War.   The Boker Sherman-Damascus is equipped with a unique damascus blade, forged from different materials from the production of M4 Sherman tanks, which were previously restored by the museum. The unique damascus is forged by hand for us by Chad Nichols in the Customized Ladder pattern and is reminiscent of the tank tracks left in the ground by the heavy chains of the M4 Sherman. The ball bearing blade is opened by thumb stud and locked by a solid steel frame lock, a Hinderer Lock-Stop acts as overstretch protection for the lock. The overall shape of the knife is a tribute to the aesthetic lines of the armour, while the decorative blade axle screw is modelled on the characteristic main drive sprocket. The slightly contoured burlap micarta handle fits comfortably in the hand and the colour is reminiscent of the camouflage paint used by both the U.S. Army and the Marine Corps. With lanyard hole and practical deep carry clip (tip-up/r). Handmade in the Boker knife manufactory in Solingen. Delivery with noble floating display, certificate of authenticity and individual serial number. Weight 107 g.

Coltello Fisso Böker Swiss Mosaic Damascus 21.9cm 121554DAM
The extraordinary Twisted Damascus is now followed by the Mosaic Damascus, which is also very complex to manufacture. It is one of the royal class of Damascus forging and makes the impressive dagger an absolute highlight in every knife collection. In contrast to conventional Damascus, no layers are produced in the manufacture of Mosaic Damascus. Instead, complex Damascus bars are forged by hand into a mosaic in an elaborate and very complicated process. To do this, the Damascus package, which initially consists of stacked layers, is cut up and reassembled in a staggered manner to create a unique mosaic pattern at the end faces of the bar. The Damascus is then cut up again and the complex process is repeated several times, the resulting pattern becoming finer and more unique with each step. Finally, the individual packages are stacked and forged in the shape of a square so that the ends of the individual pieces form a new surface. Forging temperature, forming, deformation rate and the previous steps must be optimally coordinated. This extremely demanding forging process, which only few Damascus smiths master, is carried out to perfection for our Swiss dagger by Chad Nichols. The dagger blade, sharpened and pointed on both sides, already had a diamond-shaped cross-section in historical models, because this construction proved to be extremely stable and effective. Characteristic of the Swiss Dagger is the design of the pommel and the crossguard. The unusual, curved design can be traced back to the early 13th century and can also be found in the authentic design of our hand-made edition. The shimmering dark handle made of hand-picked certified imported Ebony is bordered by the highly polished pommel and the crossguard and forms a perfect unit with the fine blade. The leather sheath, specially designed and handsewn for this model, underlines the exclusivity of this coveted collector‘s item. It is delivered with an individual serial number in a noble wooden box and with a certificate of authenticity. Handmade in the Boker Knife Manufactory Solingen and strictly limited to 500 pieces worldwide.

Coltello da tasca Böker Sherman EDC 7.5cm 110665
For the Böker Sherman EDC 110665 blade, Magnacut was used for the first time, which is not without reason glorified as “wonder steel”. Unlike the tool steels usually used, this steel was developed specifically for knife making. The three desirable properties of a steel - edge retention, toughness and rust resistance (stainless in the DIN category) - represent a conflict of goals. To make the steel rust-resistant, the addition of chromium is necessary, which makes the structure coarse, brittle and susceptible to fracture under normal conditions. High hardness, which has a positive influence on cutting durability, is usually achieved at the expense of toughness. With Magnacut, despite the high chromium content of 10.7% and an impressive hardenability of over 62HRC, it has been possible to achieve a very fine microstructure and thus high toughness and shock-load tolerance. The addition of nitrogen plays a central role here. Nitrogen is actually a steel pest in the alloy. However, due to sophisticated heat treatment, among other things, the nitrogen of the Magnacut is integrated into the crystalline lattice structure of the steel structure and thus achieves the otherwise contradictory material properties.
The central structural difference to the M4 Damascus model is the flipper, elegantly integrated into the contours, which allows the blade to slide open smoothly with a small impulse and invites you to play. The ball-bearing blade is opened alternatively by thumb stud and locked by a sturdy titanium framelock with stonewash finish. An overdrive stop acts as an over-extension protection for the lock. The milled titanium clip (tip-up/r) with a steel ball as well as the handle scales made of wild carbon fibre complete the harmonious overall picture.
A special highlight of the Boker Sherman EDC is the protruding backspacer made of Damascus, which is equipped with a lanyard hole in elongated slotted design. The Damascus of the backspacer was forged from various materials from the production of M4 Sherman tanks by Chad Nichols in the Customized Ladder pattern and is reminiscent of the tank tracks left in the ground by the heavy chains of the M4 Sherman.

Coltello da tasca Böker Plus Koteyka 6.6cm 01BO641
In his designs, Ukrainian knifemaker Alexander Krava succeeds admirably in combining form and function at the highest level. Three-dimensionally milled G10 handle scales with a velvety paw structure all the way to the back of the blade provide for an incomparable grip, while the D2 blade with a stonewash finish lies in wait and is only released on its prey from everyday cutting tasks with a quiet purr of the nail nick. Even without a locking mechanism, the blade is held securely by the taut spring between the stainless steel liners. It is not equipped with a clip or a lanyard hole, but with a lot of elegance and supplied with a classy nylon sheath.
