Il Seki Kanetsugu Sujihiki Pro-S 5009 è un coltello da taglio. La lama è realizzata in acciaio inossidabile ad alto tenore di carbonio in lega di molibdeno con la tradizionale "Hamaguri ba" (affilatura convessa), il filo che ha reso famose le spade giapponesi, per un'affilatura e una durata eccezionali, pur essendo facile da riaffilare. È trattata termicamente e poi temprata a freddo Sub Zero, che raffredda la lama a 70 gradi per una maggiore tenuta del filo e resistenza a fragilità e scheggiature. Seki Kanetsugu è ora lieto di aggiungere la versione con impugnatura cava in acciaio inossidabile. Leggera, ma ben bilanciata, l'impugnatura in acciaio inossidabile 18-8 presenta il tradizionale motivo Katana (che rende anche la presa antiscivolo) e una comoda impugnatura rotonda. Il vantaggio dell'impugnatura in acciaio inossidabile è che è igienica, senza saldature e ha una buona durata, non si restringe a differenza di un'impugnatura in legno. L'idea e il design dell'impugnatura in stile Katana Pro S sono ottimi, poiché si abbinano perfettamente all'affilatura Katana della speciale lama convessa Pro S Hamaguri. Potrebbe essere un'arma speciale per gli chef.

The Tactical knife Extrema Ratio K1 Dobermann XXV Anniversary has a modified Spear point blade, whose tip is a combination of tanto style at 40° and a more traditional European style, resulting in a very sharp but solid hybrid. It also has a sharp false edge that makes it very effective at thrusting. It has a high bevel that allows a very efficient cutting edge.This special edition of 250 pieces, designed for the 25th anniversary of the brand, maintains the shape of the original knife but with up-to-date materials and finishing. The blade is made of Böhler N690 steel, heat treated at 58 HRC, to reach the best combination of edge retention and resistance. It has a satin finish and a flat grind. The Anticorodal anodized handle has a lighter design compared to its original – a design that characterises Extrema Ratio knives – but it keeps the arched shape and the lateral “bump” of the K1, allowing an excellent grip in bot saber and reverse mode.
