The Böker Daily AK1 Reverse Tanto MagnaCut 124501, developed in cooperation with the young knifemaker Alex Kremer and Daily Customs, is a versatile small everyday knife that can be perfectly adapted to your own needs.The ergonomically shaped and comfortable handle scales are made of wild carbon fiber. They can be easily dismantled using the torx-key supplied and can be replaced by a wide range of alternative scales developed and produced in conjunction with Daily Customs. In addition, the intricately manufactured lanyard hole at the end of the handle can be turned around when the handle scales are dismantled so that it disappears into the handle. It is made of MagnaCut steel, just like the complete full tang, with minimal manufacturing tolerances. This means that the knife can be adapted to your own requirements in the shortest possible time and modified according to the situation. Handle made from Japanese rosewood, which has good water resistance and smooth surface. Deba is traditionally used to clean and fillet whole fish, but it is also commonly used for breaking down and dressing poultry and meats with small bones. Please, use your carbon knives carefully. It is not recommended for such knives - to wash in dishwasher, to leave it in water, to clean by acid liquids, to cut acid fruits like lemon. Hand-dry your knife: This should be done immediately after washing with a clean dishtowel. Rub with mineral oil. If you notice any rust spots, rub a light layer of mineral oil and let dry.
