Das schälmesser Obst- / Schälmesser Tojiro Zen FD-561-ein kleines, leichtes und handliches Messer zum Schneiden und Schälen von Obst und Gemüse. Die Klinge dieses Messers wird aus einem sogenannten 3-Lagen Stahl hergestellt. Als mittlere Lage wird der bewährte VG-10 (HRC 60 +/-1) Stahl eingesetzt. Ein kohlenstoffhaltiger Stahl, der der Schneide eine besonders lange Schnitthaltigkeit beschert. Dieser sehr harte Stahl wird von den äußeren, chromhaltigen Lagen geschützt.
