The Misuzu Hamono workshop is located in the Japanese city of Miki. Since 1946, Misuzu Hamono has been manufacturing Japanese kitchen knives using sanmai technology - when the blade core, forged from carbon steel, is protected from the outside with stainless steel clad. Since 2006, the main master of Misuzu Hamono has been Yamato Miyawaki. Misuzu Hamono Japanese kitchen knives are handmade in Japan.
