Delivery methods and time
Inside Finland, goods are delivered by the local service Posti OY. Shipping methods: Postipaketti, SmartPost, Kotipaketti. Delivery takes up to 1-5 business days*, depending on the selected delivery method.
To EU countries goods are delivered by GLS. Delivery takes up to 4-10 business days*, depending on the destination country.
Outside the European Union (Russia, USA and other countries), delivery is carried out by EMS (in cooperation with the Finnish Post). Delivery takes up to 5-25 business days*, depending on the destination country. Currently all EMS parcels have significant delays in transit due pandemic.
* We indicate the average expected time of delivery. Despite the fact that we ship orders as quickly as possible (on the day of the order or the next working day after it), the final delivery time depends only on the work of the postal and customs service of Your country.

We offer Free shipping regardless of the weight of the parcel:
Inside Finland, free shipping for orders over 70 euros (SmartPost);
To all other countries of the world, except Finland, free shipping for orders over 100 euros (EMS, GLS).
Placing an order, you can also choose other delivery methods for an additional fee, if available for your country.
If an item's availability atatus is “In-Stock”, order placed on business days before 14.00 Finnish time, we send on the same day. Orders placed after 14-00 Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Orders assembled from different locations (when the goods are located in our different stocks: Helsinki and Lappeenranta) – we send in 3-5 business days.
Products with status “Pre-order” we send after getting them from vendors. Lead time is written on item’s pages, but longer wait times are normal.
On weekends and public holidays shipping is not possible.
All parcels, regardless of the carrier and type of delivery, have a tracking number. Tracking number of your parcel we will send you immediately. If you didn't receive an automatic email, check Spam.
Pickup from stores
You can pick up the product yourself from our stores located at the following addresses: Helsinki, Mannerheimintie and Lappeenranta, Valtakatu 5 only if the product is available in the selected store. Shipment from warehouse to warehouse costs 12.9 euros.
Insurance and reimbursement
All parcels sent inside Finland, as well as EMS parcels are insured by Finnish Post. In case of loss or damage to the parcel, the insurance compensation is paid in full 45 days (the time required for the postal services to investigate the incident) after submitting the insurance claim. Parcels sent within the European Union by the GLS carrier can be insured optionally when making order. The cost of insurance for a GLS parcel is 6.2 euros (incl.VAT 24%).
Customs clearance and certification
For orders made outside the European Union, buyer is responsible for customs clearance, fees, taxes and possible product certification lies.
EU residents have the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving. The refund must be approved in advance by customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org Customer will get refund excluded all shipping costs. The return and exchange of goods sent outside the EU is not carried out except for warranty and insurance cases.
