Glauca G1, a new version of the Glauca Exrema Ratio knife, is designed specifically for the famous GSG9 - a unit of the Italian Federal Police. The Glauca G1 knife is officially included in the police arsenal. The handle is made of tactical colored anodized aluminum. The knife is equipped with a glass breaker and a pocket clip that can be installed in different positions. Additionally, the knife is equipped with an awl and a folding rescue tool. Glauca G1 Exrema Ratio has a Liner lock and an additional safety lock. The Drop Point blade is made of Böhler N690 steel with a black finish.

A versatile and extremely tough knife Extrema Ratio Fulcrum Bayonet NFG Desert SW it is a light version of the standard Fulcrum Bayonet. It comes with wire cutter, stone washed blade, desert handle and desert nylon sheath.  This milestone among multipurpose knives, employed on a large scale in Afghanistan as standard issue equipment of the Italian “Nibbio” mission, originated with a COMALP Alpine Troops Command experimental project for renewing trooper equipment.

Bunka knife with 17 cm blade. This knife is made from 3 layers of steel using a technique called Sanmai (Forge welding). It involves laminating a piece of carbon steel with iron clad. Walnut wooden handle. Hand-dry your knife. This should be done immediately after washing with a clean dishtowel. Rub with mineral oil. If you notice any rust spots, rub a light layer of mineral oil and let dry. Knives under the Matsubara Hamono name are made by master blacksmith Katsuto Tanaka-san who started making knives when he was 20 years old back in 1982. The knife making history of the Matsubara region can be traced back to the year 1474 when Master Yukiyasu Naminohira moved here to make swords in the Hachiman Shrine. Using Matsubara Hamono knife avoid Bones, Frozen foods, nuts and hard candies or anything other than fruits, vegetables and soft products.

Japanese nakiri knife handmade by master Shiro Kamo. Blade length is 165 mm. Blade has a SG2 steel core with a damascus clad. The SG2 powdered steel is high carbon content and a high alloy stainless steel. This japanese knife is not allowed to wash by dishwasher. Knife by mr. Shiro Kamo has very hard, but thin blade. It is not allowed to cut by japanese chef knives bones and meat with bones, coconuts and other nuts, other hard products. The smith Shiro Kamo crafts his blades in the Takefu Knife Village. Shiro Kamo, born in 1958, was honored for his skill with the famous Japanese title "Dento-Kogei-shi" at age 45 (Master of Traditional Craft). Currently, he is President of the Takefu Knife Village Association.

The term "Final" in the name of the Magnum Final Flick Out signifies that the automatic knife offers maximum quality for its price point. Extrema Ratio T-Razor folder with satin blade. Up to the early 1900s, people commonly carried pocket utility knives. Due to rampant “misuse”, though, laws were passed to the effect that all such knives were to be clipped at the blade-tip, in order to diminish their dangerousness as weapons. Some people then figured they’d get the greatest effectiveness out of the sharp edge of a traditionally flat-point blade shape, and took to carrying straight-razors. Thus, the straight-razor was for a time regarded as a fearsome weapon of self-defense. Such a “misuse” of the common straight-razor inspired our T-RAZOR design. Fujin R2 Gyuto is a long, functionally and aesthetically gorgeous gyuto kitchen knife handcrafted by the Japanese craftsman Yu Kurosaki. When making this series, Kurosaki was inspired by Fujin, the Shinto god of the wind, what can be seen in the hammered texture.
