Buck Fishing Knives

Buck Knives offers a line of professional fishing knives, including fillet models, designed for comfortable and precise fish processing. Popular series such as Silver Creek and Clearwater include both folding and fixed models: from compact all-purpose fishing knives to large fillet knives for cutting up large fish.

Buck fillet knives, such as the Silver Creek Folding Fillet (0220BLS-B) and Silver Creek Large Fillet (225BLS), feature ergonomic handles with a non-slip coating. They can be held firmly with a wet hand. Flexible blades from 16.5 cm to 24 cm in length make it easy to separate fillets from bones.

Buck fishing knife blades are made of corrosion-resistant 420J2 steel with a titanium coating. Buck also pays attention to safety: many fillet knives have protective guards that prevent your finger from slipping on the blade. Buck fishing knives (except folding ones) come with nylon or plastic sheaths. These knives can be used in fresh and salt water.
