The elegant professional Farfalli Dolphin Terrae corkscrew features an ultra-light aluminum handle and stainless steel fittings. It's prized by sommeliers for its perfectly balanced weight, making it even more comfortable to use. This series was created by the Italian brand Farfalli in collaboration with Officina Creativa 128. This single-stage corkscrew is a classic and extremely simple design with a single stop (lever), allowing the cork to be removed in a single movement.
Since the 1950s, knives were produced in the company of Marino Farfalli in Maniago, Italy.
