Staub Cast Iron Frying Pan, 24 cm in diameter. This Staub frying pan is made of cast iron and coated with a double layer of enamel on the outside and inside. The enameled inner coating is non-stick, scratch-resistant, and helps preserve the authentic flavor of foods. It features a comfortable wooden handle with a hanging hole. Suitable for all stovetop types, including induction. Staub cookware is made of enameled cast iron. Enameled cast iron is an iron alloy with a high carbon content coated with glass-based enamel. It is one of the best materials, retaining both heat and cold. The outer coating is double enamel, while the inner coating is double black enamel. Dropping the pan on a hard surface may crack or break the pan. Metal cookware can damage the pan. Avoid sudden heating and cooling; sudden temperature changes can damage the pan.
Staub designs and creates high-quality cookware with an elegant and rustic design. Manufactured in the heart of France, Staub cookware is highly valued by both professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts worldwide. Staub’s cast iron cocottes, sauté pans, and casseroles are coated with a unique enamel finish, ensuring even heat distribution, excellent heat retention, and exceptional durability.
In 2008, Staub became part of Zwilling J.A. Henckels. The German Zwilling group acquired Staub to expand its premium cookware and kitchen accessories range. Despite the change in ownership, Staub’s cast iron cookware continues to be produced in France, maintaining its legacy of craftsmanship and quality. A key feature of Staub cast iron cookware is its innovative lid design with a self-basting system, which helps retain moisture and enhance flavors, making dishes even more tender and delicious.
Staub cocottes, pots, baking dishes, roasting pans, and other cookware combine stunning aesthetics, practicality, functionality, and durability. Whether you’re preparing a traditional stew, tender braised meat, or homemade bread, Staub cookware ensures perfect results every time.
