Description

The oval, elegant design in black draws all attention to your fish dishes in a stylish manner. The serving dish can hold up to 0.7 litres and has an attractive appearance thanks to the lid’s striking brass knob. The lid is also equipped with small nubs to redistribute accumulating condensation to the fish, so that it remains juicy during cooking and the flavours can develop fully. All in all, the dish is 36 cm long (including the handles), 8.4 cm high and 20 cm wide. Like the rest of the cookware from Staub, this oval serving dish stands out because of its modern take on classical French kitchen design.
