Hogue knives are made in the USA, at their own manufacturing facility in Nevada. The knives are made from premium steels (such as CPM S30V, MagnaCut), and the handles are made from G10, 6061-T6 aluminum, or carbon fiber. Hogue, Inc. began its operations in 1968 as a manufacturer of firearm accessories. The founder, Guy Hogue, was an expert in the field of gun tuning. As the business developed, the company expanded its product line, and in the 2010s, it began actively developing the knife industry, collaborating with legendary designer Allen Elishewitz.

Among the most popular models are the Hogue Deka, EX-01, EX-A05, Ballista I, and K320. The company offers both folding and automatic knives, as well as fixed blade knives. In addition, Hogue actively collaborates with firearms manufacturers, developing knives that are stylistically and functionally compatible with specific firearm models.
