The pressure cooker from Zwilling EcoQuick is the ideal choice for gentle cooking of all kinds of food. The flavours and nutrients are largely retained, while the energy consumption is reduced compared to conventional pots. The Zwilling EcoQuick pressure pot is particularly versatile thanks to its two variable pressure levels. The pot diameter 22 cm, volume 6 l.
The cooker enables particularly gentle cooking of sensitive dishes such as fish or vegetables - or particularly quick cooking of stews or meat. The high temperatures for this are generated by the pressure build-up inside. The safety valve prevents unintentional opening and the attachment aid is used to close the cover with a precise fit. The SIGMA Classic sandwich floor with aluminum core ensures fast and even heat distribution.
The pot is made of stainless steel, which makes it suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. It is easy to care for, scratch-resistant and has handles made of heat-resistant plastic.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest brands in the kitchen industry, founded in 1731 in Solingen, Germany. The name "Zwilling" means "twins", and the logo with two people has long been a symbol of quality and trust. For almost three centuries, the brand has become a large international concern. Zwilling actively introduces modern developments: from cryogenic hardening of Friodur® steel to seamless laser grinding.
Zwilling kitchen knives are known worldwide for their quality, balanced geometry and durability. The most popular series, such as Pro, Four Star, Twin Pollux, and Twin Fin II can be found in professional and home kitchens around the world. All knives are made using stainless steel with additional cryohardening.
In addition to knives, Zwilling produces high-quality kitchenware: pots, pans, roasters, glass and vacuum cookware, as well as serving and storage products. The Zwilling Group also includes well-known brands: Staub (cast iron cookware from France), Ballarini (Italian non-stick cookware), Demeyere (Belgian steel cookware for professional chefs), and the Japanese premium brand of kitchen knives Miyabi.
