Nakiri Couteau Japonais Shiro Kamo SG2 16.5cm G-7504WEM
Couteau nakiri japonais fabriqué à la main par le maître Shiro Kamo. La longueur de la lame est de 165 mm. La lame a un noyau en acier SG2 avec un revêtement en damas. L'acier en poudre SG2 est à haute teneur en carbone et est un acier inoxydable fortement allié. Ce couteau japonais ne passe pas au lave-vaisselle. Couteau par m. Shiro Kamo a une lame très dure mais fine. Il est interdit de couper avec des couteaux de chef japonais des os et de la viande avec des os, des noix de coco et autres noix, ainsi que d'autres produits durs. Le forgeron Shiro Kamo fabrique ses lames dans le village des couteaux Takefu.
