Zero Tolerance Folding Knives

Zero Tolerance folding knives are created in collaboration with such famous knife designers as Rick Hinderer, Dmitry Sinkevich, Ken Onion. Zero Tolerance pocket knives are made in the USA and Japan from the highest quality materials. For the manufacture of blades, Elmax, S35VN, M390 steels are used, and the handles are made of titanium, carbon fiber and other premium materials.

The original Zero Tolerance 0454 was an award-winning collaboration between ZT and custom knife designer Dmitry Sinkevich. But it was also a very Limited Edition knife. So ZT is doing something about that with the new 0450. While based on the original’s streamlined form and high-performance function, this new and more compact version will be much more readily available. With its 3.25-inch blade and lightweight-yet-stronger-than-steel titanium handles, the 0450 has a sleek and sophisticated look that, we think, makes it a perfect EDC. ZT built it with an S35VN stainless blade that sharpens to a razor edge, holds it well, and can be resharpened easily. The knife opens smoothly and easily with the KVT ball-bearing opening system and built-in flipper. A titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert ensures solid lock up. Polished pivot hardware just adds to the 0450's refined good looks.

In response to customer requests, ZT is proud to introduce the 0350. It’s slightly smaller and slightly lighter than the 0300—10% to be precise—but just as aggressive. The 0350 is fully equipped with SpeedSafe® for one-handed assisted opening. Even in combat gloves, you can easily deploy the blade using the large, ambidextrous thumb stud or blade protrusion. The blade is S30V stainless steel with Tungsten DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating. S30V provides extreme durability, while the black Tungsten DLC is non-reflective, enhances hardness, and reduces friction drag. Textured, matte-black G-10 scales provide a secure grip. Includes a quad mounting system for tip-up, tip-down, left- or right-handed clip carry.

This sophisticated ZT is a smaller option in the ZT family, yet offers a robust combination of durable, premium-quality materials. The blade steel is CPM-MagnaCut for exceptional toughness, wear resistance, and edge retention. The MagnaCut blade features a classic stonewashed finish that will hide wear over time. The front handle scale is blue carbon fiber, balancing the knife's solid construction with lightweight convenience. The stonewashed titanium back handle offers a secure frame lock—so you can always cut with confidence. As an extra visual touch, ZT has added two blue anodized-aluminum tube spacers that are especially eye-catching, standing out against the dark blue/black handle. The 0450BLUCF takes advantage of ZT's KVT ball-bearing system to enable smooth, easy opening for either left or right-handed users. A left/right reversible, deep-carry pocket clip rounds out the 0450BLUCF's basic feature set. Zero Tolerance 0562CF folder features the same special Rick Hinderer flat-ground "slicer" grind that provides both slicing efficiency and a tough point, but on a CPM-20CV powdered steel blade.
CPM-20CV has a high volume of vanadium carbides and a high amount of chromium. You get exceptional edge retention and outstanding corrosion resistance.
The 0562CF's handle has a carbon fiber front scale and stonewashed titanium back. For secure lock up during use, ZT uses a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar inserts and lockbar stabilization.
The knife opens with a flipper and moves out of the handle on Zt's smooth KVT ball-bearing opening system. A washer with caged ball bearings surrounds the pivot and makes opening the knife nearly frictionless; just pull back on the flipper and add a roll of the wrist and the 0562CF is ready for action. The 3.5" (8.9 cm) blade steel is CPM-20CV for toughness and resistance to edge chipping with no loss of wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For sharp looks, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewashed on the flats and machine satin on the grinds.

The 0393GLCF's handle is built of strong, lightweight titanium with Rick’s “working” finish—a no-nonsense finish that hides scuffs and scratches even better than stonewash. By day, the contoured, carbon fiber overlay gives the 0393GLCF a touch of style. But by night, the 0393CF reveals another side of its character. Take it into a darkened room and you’ll see a soft, green glow coming from the carbon fiber.  Elegant Rexford KVT Titanium 0808 is a stylish folder from Zero Tolerance. The handy handle is made of titanium that provide a very durable grip. The sturdy frame lock has a hardened steel lockbar insert to offer extra-secure, extra-solid blade lock up. The blade is made of S35VN stainless steel. This powdered metallurgy steel is extremely fine-grained so it can be sharpened to a razor edge. Added niobium and nitrogen enhance toughness to resist chipping and provide excellent edge retention. Opening is fast and simple with KVT. Caged ball bearings surround the pivot to make the blade quick and easy to open using the built-in flipper.
