Aoyoshi Co., Ltd. is a Japanese manufacturer of tableware and cutlery, founded in 1955 in the Tsubame region (Niigata Prefecture). This Japanese region is known worldwide for its metallurgy traditions and the production of knives and cutlery.

Aoyoshi became famous for its "Vintage Series", which combines vintage aesthetics and ideal Japanese quality. These products - spoons, forks, knives, mugs - are distinguished by their unusual design and special steel treatment, thanks to which the products have an artificially aged appearance.
