Description

The Naniwa Japanese Knife Sharpening Guide is a simple tool that will help you sharpen your Japanese kitchen knife while maintaining the correct angle. Place it on the back of the knife and position it approximately halfway along the length of the blade. Make sure the guide is securely attached to the blade and the blade is fully engaged in the guide. Move the knife and guide over the sharpening stone, keeping the ceramic bar in contact with the stone. Please note that the Naniwa Japanese Knife Sharpening Guide is not adjustable.
