A major design project in the Maniago knife district resulted in the creation of the new Farfalli Aria corkscrew, distinguished by its attractive design and unique manufacturing technology. The project was developed by Farfalli in collaboration with Martinuzzo s.a.s. The design and functionality, protected by three patents, fully reflect the Italian qualities of the new Aria corkscrew. A special two-stage lever is connected to the handle in a unique way. The Farfalli Aria corkscrew features an aluminum handle. The remaining components are crafted from AISI 420 steel. This unusual, modern corkscrew will fit perfectly into any interior and makes an elegant and useful gift.
Since the 1950s, knives were produced in the company of Marino Farfalli in Maniago, Italy. In addition to pocket knives, which were very popular with tourists, Farfalli specialized also on corkscrews and noble sommelier knives during the years. Many innovations and new development made Farfalli famous in this range.
