Grâce à la conception de la lame multicouche, les couteaux de cuisine Damas sont non seulement beaux, mais aussi durables. En règle générale, la lame est forgée à partir de plusieurs types d'acier, notamment de l'acier à haute teneur en carbone. Les couteaux de cuisine damas ne peuvent pas être lavés au lave-vaisselle. Pour éviter que la lame ne rouille, essuyez le couteau immédiatement après utilisation.
