Roselli's Astrid series' Roselli Wootz UHC Filet knife RW757 that is suitable for other cutting work in addition to filleting. Thanks to the durable Roselli Wootz UHC steel, the blade stays sharp for a long time and doesn't need sharpening very often. All the Astrid series' knives should be washed individually and dried carefully, avoiding the use of washing machines. The handle of the knife is made from heat treated birch, coated with linseed oil to ensure a firm grip even while wet. Filet knife comes with a birch knife rack coated with linseed oil.
