Rainer Wenning, der schon die Böker Plus Pocket-Sticks SO4PRO-K entwickelt hat, und der Messermacher Thomas Braunagel (BFK) haben ihn konzipiert. Revolutionär ist der Einsatz eines Bajonett-Mechanismus. Rein funktional erhöht die Bajonettmechanik den Bedienkomfort deutlich, da zum Schreibeinsatz weder eine Kappe abgeschraubt noch die Schreibmine herausgedreht werden muss.
Ebenso schnell wie der klassische Druckknopf lässt sich der Bajonettschieber bedienen und gewährleistet im Einsatz als Tactical Pen einen absolut sicheren Griff, da der Daumen auf dem Stiftkopf sicher aufliegen kann. Mindestens genauso wichtig im zivilen Einsatz ist die garantierte Befriedigung des männlichen Spieltriebs durch die Betätigung des hochwertigen Bajonettverschlusses.
