Der amerikanische Messermacher aus New York ist seit seiner frühen Jugend von Messern begeistert und stets auf der Suche nach praktischen Innovationen und Verbesserungen. Das handliche J-Bite ist mit einer satinierten Clip-Point-Klinge aus 440C ausgestattet, die mit einer dekorativen Fehlschärfe versehen ist. Der Griff aus schwarzem G10 liegt trotz seiner geringen Größe angenehm in der Hand. Um das Messer in der horizontalen Trageposition zu fixieren, entwickelte der Designer den sogenannten J-Lock. Ein Fangriemen am Griffende des Messers wird an der schwarzen Lederscheide befestigt und verhindert so ein ungewolltes Herausrutschen des Messers.
