Boker Barlow Prime Expedition gentleman folder, which has significantly shorter bolsters, is equipped in this version with contoured handle scales in olive green Canvas Micarta, while bolster and liners are made of matt blasted brass. The resulting colour contrast is reminiscent of the privation-laden expeditions of discovery in times long past. The satin-finished blade is made of ice-hardened N690 with 60 to 61 HRC, opened and unlocked with two hands by nail nick. It is equipped with a modern, elongated ricasso, the slipjoint's operating safety is increased by a 90° stop when opening and closing. The characteristic teardrop shape of the Barlow can be traced back to the English pocket knives of the 17th century, making it certainly one of the oldest models of all. Highlighting their sophisticated appearance, the knives in this series have scales made from select pieces of certified imported desert ironwood, which is not just very sturdy but also offers a rather elegant look. The design is finished with a classic Boker logo in the handle scale. All in all, the Classic Gold series reaches into the past, bringing it back to life in a tangible way. Böker Camp Classic Gold offers two blades, a can opener, a cap lifter, a leather punch and reamer, a cork screw and a flathead screwdriver. Both blades are made of polished 4034 steel, the classic blade steel from Solingen, which combines corrosion resistance with edge retention and is easy to sharpen. The Boy Scout also has a significantly lower profile, yet is just as rugged and durable as its big brother. The nickel silver scales are CNC-machined for greater precision. The hollow ground blade made of stainless N690 is forged by Böhler and contributes with its memorable shape to the incomparable appearance of the Scout. A classic Backlock keeps the blade safely open. When the knife is opened, the spine locks into a notch on the back of the blade. To close the knife, push down the exposed part of the spine. The Edelweiss Straight Razor line has already been a firm component of the historic Boker Straight Razor production since the 1920s. Even today we and a few lucky collectors still have absolutely like-new Straight Razors from this line from a time long since passed. The elaborately decorated Edelweiss lettering in the nickel silver inlay which is inserted in painstaking manual labor into the high-quality plastic handle with an ivory look, in combination with the original blade etching on the partially polished blade of this knife give it its special character. Analogously to the historic models, the handle area of the blade is only serrated on the top. The third decorative stud gives the handle additional stability and of course corresponds to the original of the historic line. Like with all Straight Razors from the Boker knife manufacture, the blade is ground extremely thin (until it makes the right sound), thus ensuring an always gentle and clean shave. Incl. classic blade stamp. Delivery includes certificate of authenticity in historic packaging. The version equipped with a Round Point in the popular 5/8 inch width is excellent for beginners in the field of wet shaving. The oldest German knife company Böker was founded in the 17th century (Remscheid). Today Böker produces one of the world's best folding knives, outdoor knives, tactical knives and hunting knives. Like the vast majority of late medieval businesses, Böker was a family business founded by the head of the family. The workshop, and a little later a small factory for the production of high-quality blades, was located in the most beautiful corner of Germany - a grove of spreading chestnut trees. This powerful tree became the symbol of the famous German company.

Not all Böker knives are producing in Solingen, Germany. Now the part of the legendary German manufacturer’s capacity has been transferred to Taiwan and China in order to optimize production costs (Böker Plus and Böker Magnum). All Böker factories are equipped with the most advanced equipment, and quality control of manufactured products is carried out centrally and very scrupulously.

In our shop you can find almost whole range of Böker knives. Some models are available for pre-order. We can not permanently keep at warehouse whole range of Böker knives, but have right to represent their whole range and accept pre-orders, since we get from them goods weekly.
