Unique Böker Kalashnikov Bayonet Damascus folder is equipped with a Damascus blade made from the steel of the 6Ch3 and 6Ch4 bayonets according to the GRAU index of the former Soviet Army and decorated with the signature of General Kalashnikov. The stainless Damascus by Chad Nichols consists of 80 layers and is forged by hand in the Virus pattern. It features an unusually intricate pattern that is the result of a very controlled forging process. The blade with the pandur tip adopted from the bayonets is opened with the help of the thumb stud and locked by a sturdy linerlock.
The handle is CNC machined from a block of 6061-T6 aluminium and then hardcoat anodized black. The stabilized inlays are made of hornbeam wood, reminiscent of the stock wood of the famous assault rifle, and together form the shape of the forend's distinctive vents. The Russian Amber Shellac colour of the original stocks has been precisely matched. They are also CNC milled from the solid and inserted by hand. The Böker Applegate-Fairbairn series includes a classic tactical knife, a boot knife, and variations with different handle materials and finishes.

The Böker Annual Damascus Knife is a collector's series that has been produced since 1980. Each year, a new model is created with a unique design, Damascus steel, and a limited edition.

Not all Böker knives are made in Solingen, Germany. Part of the legendary German manufacturer's production facilities have now been moved to Taiwan and China to optimize production costs (Böker Plus and Böker Magnum).

This division of production allows Böker to serve different market segments.

- Manufaktur Solingen is a production facility in Solingen that produces classic knives with hand-finishing and strict quality control;

- Böker Plus — contemporary models created in collaboration with renowned knife designers (Lucas Burnley, Jesper Voxnæs, and others);

- Magnum by Böker — an affordable range of knives, offering a variety of models without complex technologies or expensive materials, but with excellent functionality.

- Böker Arbolito — a manufacturer of knives in classic Argentine style, located in Buenos Aires.

All Böker factories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and quality control is centralized and meticulous.

You can find almost the entire range of Böker knives in our store. Some models are available for pre-order. We cannot permanently stock the entire range of Böker knives, but we are authorized to offer their entire selection and accept pre-orders, as we receive orders from them weekly. If the product page doesn't say "In stock," the "Add to Cart" button is yellow and says "Shipping in 15-20 business days." This means the product is available for pre-order. We order the product from the Böker warehouse and ship it to you as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.
