Convenient, because sharpening a hollow grind blade is always tricky. To open this knife you have several options. You can use the cut-out for the thumb, the flipper or the Emerson wave. This is the hook on the back of the blade. You can hook this on your pocket which opens the knife automatically when getting it out of your pocket. The karambit originally comes from South East Asia. They use it as a harvesting knife for various crops, but is has also evolved into a battle knife for one-on-one combat. However, lots of them are restricted to the types of knives (i.e. no locking knives) that they can carry. BB Drago pocket knife is a solution to that problem. Non-locking BB Drago is modeled after the diminutive BB Drago Fixe. The BB Drago FX-519 GR is an ultra-compact folder that cuts like something twice its size. It's ergonomic, slender, utilitarian, and feather-light. The 1.77" blade is made from N690Co stainless steel with a brushed satin finish.
