Zwilling J.A. Henckels Pro Knife Series
Zwilling Pro is a series of professional kitchen knives from the legendary German brand Zwilling J.A. Henckels, combining innovative technologies and traditional quality. The series was developed in collaboration with the famous Italian designer Matteo Thun. The main feature of the series is the use of Friodur cryo hardening. The knives undergo multi-stage heat treatment, including heating up to 1000 ° C and cooling to -70 ° C. This provides the blades with exceptional hardness, corrosion resistance and durability. The blades are forged with a full tang, which increases the strength and balance of the knife. The handles are made of impact-resistant plastic and are attached with three rivets.
Despite the possibility of washing in the dishwasher, the manufacturer recommends manual care to maintain the sharpness of the blade and avoid corrosion. The Zwilling Pro series includes all the main types of kitchen knives: chef's knives of different lengths, vegetable and utility knives, bread knives, carving knives, boning knives, meat cleavers, and kitchen knife sets.
