вмето регулировочного болта уместнее был бы барашек.. без плоскогубцев невозможно регулировать. Острота на уровне- чтобы пальцы не порезать))) Очень маленький инструмент, для ювелирной работы)) Капусту нашинковать не выйдет.. и, кстати, заменить этот болт на барашек не удастся- он встроен..острый нож будел куда более удобен и, к тому же, универсален..
